My agents are not able to connect

Hi;

A strange thing happens to my server while dialing an outbound compaign (manual)

with 12 agents logged in .for three days in a row at exactely the same time.all a sudden my agents are not able to connect the their web interface.and i have to stop mysql and restart it again to solve the probleme.

i don't know what could be the cause and at what error messages i have to look for the error:var/log/asterisk/messages:var/log/asterguiclient/messages.
i was in a rush to get it going that i forgot to look at the cli

while the problme was on i could ping the server.

crontab -e

check for processes that may run at that time

/var/log/messages may also contain a hint.

No processes running at that time.i have Webmin installed it helps to see what processes are running.
Been runing the same configuration for about 3 months now with no issue and no new modification.
couldn't see any hint in log/messages

did it again last night.

check all your logs in /var/log/ from around 18h31,
the logs of main interest would be /var/log/mysql/*

You may notice mysqld ended// mysqld started where id did type the mysql command.

Also in the cli:

I may also add that it takes time for the agents to login in many log in log out until the softphone rings and then it says "no more leads"even though there are.

Well i can tell you that i did nothing to solve the problem but it stoped itself on 02 october.Now everything is ok.
