Hi guys,
We encountered a call transferred internally it was picked and assigned to two different agents in two different conferences at the same time. The call arrived at both workstations at the same time. To make sure the call didn't disconnect one agent took the call and the other stayed on the line until the call will be connected. Please do help me on this.
Thank you!

How often does this happen?
Server load when it occurs? (with htop or uptime, not just the vicidial server load ... although it is also helpful to know how many agents/calls were active ...).
How did you cluster your system? What instructions did you use? Describe the cluster ... how many dialers/web servers?
How did you perform this "transfer"? (button for button ... full path of the call as well ... was this from/to a transfer group?)
