I have leads posting into my list correctly, I just need to put them first inline in the hopper. I have set hopper_priority to 99 but for some reason the newly posted lead doesn't get called next. I have tried both UP and DOWN. Not sure I fully understand which one should be used. Any help is greatly appreciated.

1) Welcome to the Party!

2) when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

3) Please post the URL you have used to post to the non-agent api and we may be able to help you make your adjustment. Although if your version of Vicidial is too old, hopper priority may not be in use (if I recall correctly).

This is the post....it shows up in the list, but it shows up at the bottom (when I download the list).

check the vicidial_hopper table directly after inserting the lead. See if the priority is listed. If so ... then you should test to see if the priority is used when generating the calls (which is based on your version, may require an upgrade to make it pay attention to the priority field ...)

When I post I am getting this response....

When I look at the vicidial_hopper I don't see anything there.

If I need to update...how do I do that?

Well, if it is not being added to the hopper at all, then the priority is not your problem. LOL

Verify all your settings in the URL (and simplify it until you successfully add a lead and it gets added to the hopper).

by simplify i mean turn off all the other options.

How did you check your hopper?

I checked the hopper from the link at the bottom of the campaign screen

so remove all the other options and get the lead added to the hopper with the simplest url you can achieve. verify all your settings. if it does not get added to the hopper, its priority is not an issue yet. LOL
