My new project Vicinews v1.0

What is this?
It's news module.Admin send message to all agents.This version haven't choose agent.All agents can be seen messages.

Vicidial 4.0.3

BUILD: 130124-1721

I'm using Goautodial it works.

Not tested vicidial 4.0.3 agent screen!But admin page tested and works.
User level must above to 6
