Hi, after configuring the server with asterisk softphone and loading csv file that contains type num :

474006384
158790054
... (fixed France)

and at the beginning of the program calls the server consists 30474006384 instead of 0474006384 !!!

status agent (called (047) 400-6384), but it actually consists (3047)400-6384.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

4) describe in detail the method of dialing. is this a campaign making the call with ratio dial method? or an agent making a manual dial call in a logged in session? or a manually dialed call from a soft phone?

I am a little confused here. Phone code override is used during import, and will populate the dial code for each lead. if you had used phone code override of 33, then the dial code should be 33. but it is not.

also, i'm not sure why "tel n" = 1 (is that saying telephone number is "1"?) and if that is the telephone number ... then what are 474468541 & 450569513? So if 474468541 is the telephone number ... what is the "1" on the line above? that would normally be the dial code ... but you have "dial code:" blank with nothing after it.

Perhaps you could clear up my confusion a bit ...
