blowing a response to agent

hi,
i want to blowing a response to agent when he speak to customer, without the customer hear me, the listen fonction work fine

no idea ?
in vicidial manager manual i find there is two methode :
blind monitoring ( i can listen but not talk)
manager barge-in

i search to talk to agent without the customer hearing me

please help me

i use vicididial 2.0.5

That is not a feature of ViciDial, we recommend using a chat or IM application instead, they work better.

yes right as mflorell say
this is not a feature of ViciDial
but if you have search google for im or softphone can do this with asterisk you will find them enjoy

It is a feature of Asterisk (chan_spy with whisper mode) but it is also unstable and causes Asterisk to crash on a fairly consistent basis(which is why we don't use it).
