thanks for the reply matt florell it is pleasure to know that u bother to reply most of the quieries. ok coming to the point ... can i have the dialplan for a normal 5 min calll ..... just i have a centre doing marketting calls whre in the agents some times keeps on talking .... say for like 15 mins ...which is pretty costly for me even if i make that sale .
so i would request u to telll what exactly should i change in my dial plan my dial plan is as follows
