Any alternative to PRI card for 5 seats domestic calling using PSTN and Vicidial ?

For 5 seats, PRI solution cost too much !!

Can we use softphone with this ?

this will supply trunks to asterisk via sip. this is in no way related to the agents phones. you can use anything you want as agent phones in asterisk with no relation to the trunks.
