Leads upload

I looked for this around and tried to ask in a post but was deleted, i need to have an example on how should leads be uploaded into vicidial, i mean the format, i tried making colums as insructed in manuals but i guess im doing something stupid cuz it does not recognized any lead, so i dont know if someone can send me an example or something, i would really appreciate it, thanks in advance

first thing if you have search forum you will find your answer.
lead must be a csv or txt or xls format.
try to don't put over 5000 contact in each lead this is from my expérience but vicidial accept more if you want.
this is a exemple
create a file.csv
"prefix","number","name"
009,123456789,"my name"
etc....
they are two solution for prefix.
one is from adding it in the lead directly
then you will leave blank the prefix in the vicidial upload lead .
the other is disable the add of prefix in the lead file then add it directly in the page of vicidial upload lead.
a finally thing i will say it for all new vicidial members opensource is not a cake.
you need to read the manual ,this is not mine don't worry but it will help you i 'am sure then before writing your topic try to search forum for your similar request.
