Hooper says 0 and can't log in with agent

Hi,

I have a problem trying to make VD work.

I followed the manager manual tutorial A (Create a campaign, load leads, add a list, add users and start dialing.) step by step with no apparent errors, created new campaign, loaded leads, create new list, added new user group, added new user.

After that I checked the newly created campaign and the hopper says 0 leads.
Also, if I try to log in with the newly created agent, it says this: “Sorry, your phone login and password are not active in this system, please try again”

One more thing, where do I associate the actual user and the phone the user will use to receive calls?

I’m trying to follow the manual as closely as possible, but the lead hopper thing throws me off.

Im using Vicidialnow 1.3 with VC 2.0.5 and using manager's manual v2.0.5.
