real problem with vicidialnow

hi

please i can't finished the steap listing in the vicidialnow pdf,
i'm in the last step, "page 16of17" , after dialing the lead,
i have a message tel me 'You are currently the only person in this conference'
i do not hung up but the agent interface dont hung up automaticly and the call still up.
i like that i have i probleme any where but i can't localise it, please help me do this.

and I call BS if VICIDIAL is going to be used for hobby system. Please remember we are not born yesterday.

but i m not a layer, this search is for my formation "memory & Project End of study"
my question sir is very clear, i'm installing vicidialnow cd, configuring asterisk,using xlite softphone,if i place a call from xlite directly, the call is good and i can rich my destination call, but i cant initiate my first call from the vicidial client
i do every thing motioned in the getting started pdf but i m blocked in the last step, i log my client in the client interface, a receive a call, after answering i heir "You are currently the only person in this conference'" i do what the pdf says, a do not hung-up Intel i m logged out from the interface, but after when i m relogged i have the same thing infinitely

i m using vicidialnow CE 1.3
so my astrisk version is 1.2.30.2 and my vicidial version is Astguiclient/Vicidial 2.0.5.1rc1
if i place a call directly from xlite whit my account cc100 the cli give me this

if i open the client vicidial directly i receive a call from ACagcW12664566225 if i answer i have a msg telling me 'You are currently the only person in this conference 'and it kep answering if i ignore it and i clik dial next, i have the lead in the interface but noting to my xlite,and after 60seconde the interface will be login out, now if i re log in i have the same thing

This is your problem. It's a dialplan issue.

What's the dialplan entry on your carriers (Admin -> Carriers)?

this my vicidial dial plan in the web interface

exten => _.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _.,2,Dial(${TESTSIPTRUNK2010}/${EXTEN:1},,To)
exten => _.,3,Hangup

this mean when you will dial you will drop the firt number above the phone number.
and here if you use this :
exten => _.,2,Dial(${TESTSIPTRUNK2010}/${EXTEN:1},,To)
so what you will drop ? your syntax is not good
try this :
exten => _.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _.,2,Dial(${TESTSIPTRUNK2010}/${EXTEN},,To)
exten => _.,3,Hangup

and in you compaing put the dial code to "X"

This is your major issue as Brett05 pointed out. This is a catchall dialplan. Very dangerous to use with Vicidial. Breaks a lot of things.

If you're calling US number, try the NPA-NXX format (1NXXNXXXXXX).

exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)

exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,3,Hangup

Ok, I gotta bring up two things here.

First, I know we have a lot of international users here and English is not the first language in many cases...but, I gotta tell ya, the grammar on this one is cracking me up! I'm not trying to be a d*ck, it's just a lil' funny.

Second, mte2005 practically had a cow when he was told to hire a consultant if it was an emergency. He honestly believes that he is entitled to tech support on demand. Now, I'm sure we all know that he is full of sh*t about the "student project" story just so we can have sympathy and offer free support. The reality is that he is in Nigeria trying to startup a call center in his garage for the first time. After he gets this issue solved, watch how he freaks out when he finds out he actually has to pay for carrier trunks.

I just find it hilarious that he yelled "CONSULTANT!!!!" It almost sounded like he was saying "Kiss my A$$, you GONNA tell me how to do this, NOW!"

Don't forget... mte2005 has a "school project" and when he wants support he better get it fast.... And for FREE! We are all his servants and we must obey!
