8kbit/s for each agent with g729+4kbit/s for local transfer =( ± )12kbit/s
so 15 agent X 12kbit/s=180kbit/s ==> this mean you can use 1mb as internet speed because 1mb/s as internet speed give also ( ± ) 512kb/s.
For 15 agent with all outbound dialer you need a server with core2duo or dualcore or xeon cpu with 2Gb as ram and more if you will use a full recording then he is recomended to use a timing voice for zaptel or dahdi .
i recommend the use for all family of debian and opensuse for more perfermance and avoid centos.

We have 1 MB speed Lease Line at 1:1.
UK shift works perfectly with 15 agents.
As soon as USA log ins, voice break up starts.
Also, any Auto Installer, based on debian and opensuse as I use VNow and it uses CentOS ?
thanks
