After manual outgoing call, agent cannot Xfer anymore.

Hi,

I'm trying to solve an intriguing problem.

Using Version: 2.0.5-158 Build: 90115-0502

After a manual call, everything is ok, but next incoming call, he cannot transfer it any more.

This behavior only happens after a manual call. To fix, he needs to logoff and login again, so all works fine until next manual call.

Is this a known issue? Can you reproduce it? Any fix?

i noticed a simular problem with my system but i did not intend on using manual dial yet so i have not looked into it further. I'll test it out and see if i am able to duplicate the same issue and let you know if i find any resolution.

Hi All,

I've been working with Vicidial on last two years and I've learn a lot about how it works, but I couldn't find what is causing this problem.

Who can I help you all to help me to get this bug spoted and fixed?

Try upgrading to 2.2.0, we have made a lot of improvements in that area.
