If I upgrade to 2.2 , then astguiclient of 2.05 of VNow 1.3 will work ?

Um ... if you upgrade Vicidial to 2.2.0, then the 2.0.5 will no longer exist, unless you actually speak of astguiclient (/agc/astguiclient.php) which is still at 2.0.1 i believe (not 2.0.5).

if your question is "can i upgrade VicidialNOW just like a regular Vicidial?" YES VicidialNOW is a distribution of Vicidial and can be upgraded just like Vicibox or scratch install vicidial or the OpenSUSE version (which I'm not sure has its own name ...?)

I am using VNOw 1.3 which uses 2.05 astguiclient plus nice looking interface.

Cant VNow group can share code of VNow astguiclient with Vici Group and then Vici can work on that as future agent screen as , sorry, but Vici Group Agent Screen bit boring and lousy ?

We use VNow and if we want to upgrade to 2.2 , we have NO OPTION but to use Vici Group Astguiclient.

I don't think so. BUT you can try and you may be able to "upgrade" it to match. The background functions of the vNOW agent screen all operate just like the 2.0.5 agent screen, and 2.2.0 will upgrade the agent screen to 2.2.0. So you will need to find the changes that are made and make those same changes (if any!) to the vNOW agent screen.

then post your resulting file back here for the other vNOW users.

absolutely. find the changes between 2.2.0 agent screen and 2.0.5 agent screen and apply those same changes. to the vNOW agent screen

then post the changes back here AND send them to the vicidialNOW administrator for inclusion in the next release. i bet you get a big thanks out of that.
