1) please post your configuration with each post (this is a requirement) to include your vicidialnow version, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, and whether you have any other software in this box.

2) i'm not sure i understand your question: you are dialing 986364713988636471398 and want to know why it won't work?

3) please post your dial plan entry for this carrier

i had uploaded the leads worngly.

i can make directly through softphone using my voip ip address
can someone guide me how to setup extensions and sip for outbound.

my voip add i 202.xxx.112.xxx

i am having problem to route the calls through this ip
