Hi,

I need some help with the CDR.

Currently the CDR are recorded as CSV and I need them to be recorded on the MySQL data base (Table CDR)

1) it is a requirement that you post your configuration when you request assistance (so search engines will help others with similar configuration and problems, this helps everyone!). So post your Method of Installation, VicidialNOW Version, Vicidial version and Build, Asterisk Version, and any Other software installed.

2) have you looked at the call_log table in the asterisk database?

Thanks for your reply williamconley, my configuration is the following:

Vicidial 2.0.5
Mutltiservers architecture with 4 separated servers:
Each server has 4 x 2,33 Ghz with 4 G of RAM
1 asterisk 1.2
1 my SQL
1 Apache
1 ftp

As explained before I need to copy CDR on the MySQL database instead of the current situation where it is saved in CSV
