IVR+Recording+List Help

I am a beginner at vici
, can someone can help me configure IVR for me. I have configured autodialer at vici and its working perfectly but I need help for IVR.
Secondly, can someone tell how to download all the recordings from 192.168.1.2/recordings/GSM site by a single click?
Thirdly, can some help me, how to reuse a list with status NA or A, such that vicidial can dial only these status numbers from the list later when required...
