For some reason, after daylight savings time, setting the local call time to anything other than 24 hours will not load leads in the hopper - all my times (server, vici, pc's) are set to the correct time, and I'm running the same campaign I was last week with the same leads - does anyone know what the problem could be? For now, I have to watch the hopper till noon to make sure agents aren't calling anywhere before 9AM

what country are you calling, and what country are you in. Also what state if in the US/Canada/Mexico?

US - nationwide list - calling from C. Florida - it used to only call the east coast @ 9AM - and move west as the day went on.

That output looks good to me.

Is the ADMIN_adjust_GMTnow_on_leads.pl script in your crontab and running?

What is the output of this query in mysql:

SELECT count(*),list_id,status,called_since_last_reset,gmt_offset_now from vicidial_list group by list_id,status,called_since_last_reset,gmt_offset_now;

either you have no east coast leads or your GMT adjust script is not running regularly in the crontab, or you do not have a phone_code of 1 in some of your leads(or a combination of these).
