how to configure my sip account

somebody help me to configure my sip account with my vicidial now ce 1.3..i have installed this sucessfully & in every system i can able to logon as admin as well as agent & i have loaded the lead's also but am not able to configure the sip account i have the manual i tried with the step by step instructions but i was not able to configure this..and i have one more doubt is this sip configuration should be done in server r in any system where i have logged in as administrator can any one help me with clear step by step instructions...

Try this :

An Example :

When u upload leads, make sure you have 10 digits phone number.

i have tried this but the call is not connecting with soft phone also..jus tell me whether i have to config this sip settings in my vicidial now server or i can logon to any client system and configure this through admin bcos i don know much in command prompt & i have one more doubt i never spent anything for this dialler i jus lik that downloaded from the site and i have installed this..is there is anything lik purchasing of port then only this will work like that am having 13 seater centre i wanna acess this dialler in all system...can any one help me with step by step instructions....

Above settings works.

May be your VOIP provider is NOT allowing G711 CODECs and you dont have G729 Codec by default installed in the dialer.

We do Free Config of the Dialer , if you use Our VOIP.

how to check the codec is enabled r not can u help me with this& if i configure the vicidial server ip with my soft phone xlite calls are connected but call r not connected in eye beam....and can u give me ur contact number &where u located....

sorry yaar actually the call is not connected with the x lite also.....i dono wat to do with this...can u tell me ur contact number i can get voip mins from u itself...

This is where I've made it so far with reading what you have posted. I even tried modifying one of the Carriers in the list with my info and it doesn't seem to be working ==

Let us know more about your setup.

is your voip trunk is user based or IP authentication.
did they provided username , password and host ip to register?

Download and install the latest GoAutoDial ISO (v3.0 RC1a) from our website http://goautodial.org. You can easily setup your carrier using our VoIP services (JustGoVoIP). It's wizard based so it's automatic. If you need to use a different carrier, you can just copy the settings from the carrier entry.
