direct call ?

hello,
i want to call directly a number phone without add it in the lead (it's to hard for agent) or is't possible to an agent to choice a number phone from a list an call it ?

Dear Batman,

On agent GUI choose manual dial, enter your number and press dial.

This is a User setting that must be enabled for each user.

thanks for your response, manual dial work now but i have a problem, i can't reccord the conversation with "allcalls" or "allforce" option !?
please help me

when i go to "user stats" i don't find the record,in the "/var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE/ORIG" too

record when i click to "dial next" work normaly

Is this the white vicidialnow agent screen or the standard grey vicidial agent screen?

the both !
i notice when i cal with "manual call / dial now" no info are displayed under record buton and record ID don't change only if i click "dial next" in this case the recording file name don't match witch phone customer, perhaps the recorder take name from preview phone customer

I only have an active install of 2.2.0, but I do not see this problem in 2.2.0

i try with another server : vicidial 1.2 VERSION: 2.0.5-173 BUILD: 90320-0424 don't work , i update it to 2.2.0 rc6 don't work to !?

Have u tried to put the context to be defaultlog for the phone context?
