Agents Goes to Dead State

Dear All
I am using vicidialnow. But problem is that in auto-dialing as soon as an agent recives a call it goes to dead state from ready state.

please post your entire configuration including how you installed (scratch? vicibox?) your vicidial version and build, your asterisk version and whether there is any other software installed in the box.
without this information, there are so many possibilities that it would be a huge reply ... and confusing. so help us to help you by ALWAYS posting your setup.

Seems database issues. Can you show your system usages using Top?
