we have a B2B office with 20 Account executives, they each average about 180 calls per day on a 6 hour shift. we would like to increase this to about 250 call per day per agent... We have a Vicidial set up for a B2C project we run during the night time.. the catch here is the following as you guys might understand cost is always an issues.. our current day team is running on a fix telcom budget and we cannot increase it...
We have sign a contract with a SIP/Voip provider by the name of Aptela.com
wonderful service ..but is set up as we get individual account and not a sip trunk. I would like to know how i can use this provider,(since under contract) to feed our Vicidial so our agents can increase their call attempts.
My biggest reason is that we are on a unlimited minutes per user for 25usd per month.. my agent will never go over the contract max of 15,000 minutes per user per month, since this is a business to business process. but the vici will definitive increase our productivity.. any suggestions...
Right now.. each agent is using a sotfphone from counterpath. with a sip account setting provider by our SIP provider.. each agent can receive incoming calls to his extension and i would like ot keep it that way.. HELP please.
