can i uses mutiple outgoing sip lines with vicidial?

Good morning to all
we have a B2B office with 20 Account executives, they each average about 180 calls per day on a 6 hour shift. we would like to increase this to about 250 call per day per agent... We have a Vicidial set up for a B2C project we run during the night time.. the catch here is the following as you guys might understand cost is always an issues.. our current day team is running on a fix telcom budget and we cannot increase it...
We have sign a contract with a SIP/Voip provider by the name of Aptela.com
wonderful service ..but is set up as we get individual account and not a sip trunk. I would like to know how i can use this provider,(since under contract) to feed our Vicidial so our agents can increase their call attempts.
My biggest reason is that we are on a unlimited minutes per user for 25usd per month.. my agent will never go over the contract max of 15,000 minutes per user per month, since this is a business to business process. but the vici will definitive increase our productivity.. any suggestions...
Right now.. each agent is using a sotfphone from counterpath. with a sip account setting provider by our SIP provider.. each agent can receive incoming calls to his extension and i would like ot keep it that way.. HELP please.

I was talking to a few experts on the mater and is called a custom dialplan.
Can this me moved to the support forums please

You can create seperate campaign for each agent with a unique prefix. Then every agent can dial number separately from their own SIP account.

I think your provider will not allow simultaneous calls at a time from one sip account.

okey so we can run multiple campaigns at time correct.. and have the dialer work on a 1:1 ration..
is there a limit to the number of campaigns we can have running simultaneous?

Have you used dialer/vicidial on your aptela accounts before?

no this is my first attempt.. we have never use any dialer with aptela.b ut not be different Thant any other provider... or i am wrong?
All i ma really looking for is to increase the amounts of call and reduce the wait time from my agents. .they are just milking the clock.. making about 12 call per hour. and average talk time of 15-20 minutes on a 6 hour shift.
My dialer is currently set up with a voip provider for a different project.. so i just copy and pasted the carrier ifno and change the things that applied to my aptela account, and create a new campaign just for one agent. .totest it out..but now i get a error

it appears that thier something wrong with my database.. how do i fix errors.. cuz prior ot my changes today\y i have only done one thing change my vici ip address from 172.100.40.1 to 10,0,0,7

did you run server_ip update script?

each time you modify the server's ip address you must run the admin server ip update script located in /usr/share/astguiclient.

it is run by:

cd /usr/share/astguiclient
./ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl
you will then supply the old and new server ip addresses (it generally has the correct entries already). this will change the server IP address everywhere in the system. if you have made some changes manually, you may need to supply the correct values to the script to get it to properly change ALL the ip addresses. if you have changed the IP address more than once, you may wish to run it multiple times (one time for each "old" ip address) to be safe.

after running the script, reboot.
