Callback strategy on ratio dialing mode

hi every one,

I'm not sure how callback works on a campaign in ratio mode. I have performed some test on manual and ratio dialing mode with following resutls:

- manual dialing
when the programmed date and time is reached, the number is placed directly on the agents console with the saved lead when next call button is pressed, so it seems this function works with no other consideration

- ratio dialing
The callbacks leads are registered on the list, and they can be called manually, but what is suppose to happen when the date and time programmed is reached? is it supposed to get an alarm or the number is dialed automathically?
by now, nothing happens at the programmed time, with the agent being on active or paused mode.
So I think the callback strategy is not the same.

Can anyone explain me how it should work in ratio mode?

Thank you

if properly set up the agent will have a status listed on their screen that they "have" or "do not have" callbacks to make.

i believe this is in the manager's manual :)

yes, it is on the manual.. but I was wondering if an alarm was included by default so agents don't have to get "pause" state to verify their call back list.

I think i'll try to make an alarm. the table where call backs are stored seems very friendly.

thanks

be careful with popups, they can seriously annoy the user. having the "you have callbacks" appear as a blinking red box in the active window would be cool, though :)

hahah, yes, windows appearing can be disturbing, but some agents want it like that... so i'm planning to make it optional, if you want CB alarms, enable this option here, if not, proceed as usual.
