Outbound Calling Reports Problem

We have version asterisk1.2 astguiclient 2.0 RC5
The inbound reports is working properly the problem is with the outbound reports, the information being populated is not complete.
Here's a copy of the report

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have on, and whether any other software is installed in the box.
