Good day,

I'm having problems on my "Agent Performance report" when everyone is on breaks, (set it up as pause code), it doesn't reflect anything on the report, it just 0:00, I am using vicidialnow 1.2 updated to astguiclient 2.2.0 rc5

By the way we are using multi servers, using 3 asterisk boxes and 1 box for web and database.

Help would be much appreciated :)

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

make sure you have ALL the records in ALL the tables for ALL your servers

if you are not sure, go through ALL your tables and if you find one that has an entry for ONE server, ask yourself why the others are missing, and if there could be some data stored there that would then have "no home" (or nothing to link to in other tables, even if the data were available)

# FTP recording archive connection information
VARFTP_host => 192.168.1.2
VARFTP_user => cron
VARFTP_pass => test
VARFTP_port => 21
VARFTP_dir => RECORDINGS
VARHTTP_path => 192.168.1.2

# REPORT server connection information
VARREPORT_host => 192.168.1.2 <---- Should I use the same ip in all my servers?
VARREPORT_user => cron
VARREPORT_pass => test
VARREPORT_port => 21
VARREPORT_dir => REPORTS

What does this mean?
How does this work?
This is from astguiclient.conf
Again have 3 asterisk boxes and 1 webserver/database boxes.

I'm not sure i got that. But I think you asked how the report server connection "works" ... do you have (and have you read) the manager's manual? (I'm not sure it mentions the Report Server, but I'd certainly hate to filibuster on it here if it's in the manual ... right?)

do you use the Sales Export (Report) perl script?

it will push the Sales Report (via ftp) to the "Report Server" if you choose --ftp-transfer when you execute it. Of course, this requires that the Report Server have credentials.

I mean, you wouldn't want your sales report on your ftp server? Right? So even though it is transferring via ftp, the information being sent does not belong on an "ftp server", which is expected to hold your recordings.
