help with vicidial

Working with the predictive dialer Vicidial, came the next question is not if someone can help me, the issue is as follows after many attempts I managed to manually install an asterisk vicidial 1.4, and have neglected vicidialNOW,
The installation done manually following the guidelines work, but me being in production database fails, while the version VicidialNOW within their normal working errors.
The error arises when I have about 25 players online and it is as if dropped the MySQL database, for both the players off, the error I get is the following -> connect MySQL ERROR: Can not connect to local MySQL server-through socket '/ var / lib / mysql / mysql.sock' (11).

it seem thant your mysql it not working
try to connecte to your mysql from ssh
mysql -p
