Hello,
I installed VicidialNOW I configured the carrier, the users, the compaign...
The manual dialer works but On the predective Dialer the call don't start

Compaign configuration:

Dial Method=RATIO
AutoDial Level=3
--------------------

on the CLI I don't have any activity too

can any one help me please, the configuration is right ?

Have you read the VicidialNOW Getting Started Guide? Do you have leads loaded in the campaign?
