Call Gets Disconnected Automatically

Call Gets Disconnected Automatically & all Agents Session gets Expired. We have to Reboot the Dialer to make it working again.
Am using vicidialnow 1.3 and my server spec is core2quad 2.4ghz, 2gb ddr2 ram, 750gb+500gb hdd 7200rpm.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

"all Agents Session gets Expired"? can you post the exact information from the screen along with the above so we can try to help you.

also: how long has this server been operational? is this a fresh build from today, or has it been running for 7 months and this just happened when you added a mysql server or some such?

its vicidialnow CE 1.3 original iso i downloaded frm this forum link nutin is changed and no extra software
