How to integrate vicidial now with digium switchvox smb

I am using digium switchvox smb and i want to integrate vicidialnow with digium. also i want to enable predictive dialing how can i enable it ?

First, you need a separate server, Switchvox is a closed system that you cannot load additional software on to.

On that separate server you can load vicibox or vicidialnow, then you need to setup an IAX connection on both systems so that they can talk to each other.

We just did a setup like this last week and we had both systems up and running together within an hour after installation.
