when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.
Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation
this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)
how far did you get in the tutorial/manual for setting up?
does your carrier account "register" properly? or did you not get that far?

Hello
In fact the version I have is vicidial 2.0.5. I have installed vicidial and I have solved the problem described above.
By cons here I have another problem that famous message: "NOON IS IN YOUR SESSIONS 800,651"
Can you please tell me what can I do in this case
Also I have another problem because the file "extensions-vicidial" does not keep the changes made after reboot: (

it all starts with knowing what you have.
we can't write a book that covers every possible permutation of what could cause your issue. but if you can narrow it down by supplying your setup information, we can probably give you a good idea of why. help us to help you!

Hello
Thank you for having answered every time I send a request made my problem was solved by compiling G729.
Here I have a small problem (vicidial runs well) by cons when the agent clicks on call back nothing happens it looks like he called another qualification sheet passes without asking him to put the date and time .
Can you tell me please do if there's one configuration to do or whether it's a problem with browsers
