TimeSynchronization problem

TimeSynchronization problem

Hi I have installed and configured vicidialnow1.3.
When i login to agent screen i am getting the error "TimeSynronization problem"

I tried lots of suggestions given by posts but the result is same.

My vici server time EDT and my workstation time is GMT+5:30, I have changed my workstation time to (GMT-5)EDT. Even then tthe result is same.

Some one please help in this regard.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

are your agents on the same local subnet as the server? is the connection good?

please post the rest of your information (above) as this problem changes from installation to installation and version to version.

You need to synchronize the date and time on both server and workstations.
