call tranfer issue

hello anybody tell me that how can i transfer the call from agent to the closer with customers all details..i can transfer it without details but our requirement is that when an agent get any qualification so agent must be transfer the call to the senior officer please guide me i will very thankful to you...

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

Most of the time, if you read the manual and the stickies ... you fix it yourself! (And no longer have to "wait for an answer.") At least you gain enough knowledge to communicate better so we can help you. Welcome to the party!

Hi Tommy firstly i would like to introduce my self this is Danyal from pakistan and currently i am doing job in call center as an IT manager, my problem is that i am using vicidialnow i can manage vicidialnow outbound trunk configuration but i dont know how to configure my inbound settings,i just need your guidance i would really appreciate your efforts i am in pakistan i dont have vicidialnow managers manual cause is that Paypal is not working in pakistan and also is that i cannot afford it cause its too costly could you please guide me how can i configure my inbound trunks just only inbound configuration, i hope i didn't hurt you and hope you will guide me as you can thanks for reading my message i'm also sending you my yahoo messenger id please email me if you can.
