CallTree messages isn't working

We are having probs with our inbound calltree, it was working on a server, then our router got changed as with our IP, now we cannot retrieve our public IP so we assigned the inbound to our other server, now the calltree works BUT messages that we uploaded (.wav formats) as for welcome messages, not available messages, etc. isn't working, we got this error below:
file.c:828 ast_streamfile: Unable to open 'X' (format g729): No such file or directory
Vicidial 2.2.0-235 Build 100319-1708| Asterisk 1.2.30.2 | Multi-Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation
