hi champs i need some help about inbound configuration anyone could send me vicidialnow inbound configuration how to configure the DID's...and where i put my did user name and password...???? i have vicidialnow managers manual but i cant understand it...we have charity trust and we need to configure our DIDs..vicidial is best way to configure our DID's..

At what point are you having problems? I just set up inbound for the first time over the weekend, the managers manual gave great instructions, although I did run into a few issues I was able to correct.
