outbound_autodial in vicidial_live_agents

Hi, I recently installed vicidialnow 1.3CE and upgraded it to 2.2SVN. Followed instructions and read the Manager Manual.

Campaigns run as expected in Manual dialing mode but not when using Adapt or Ratio method. As it turned out, the outbound_autodial column is not set to "Y" at all. Changing the structure and assign a default "Y" value for the column seems to have done the trick and campaigns are dialing automatically.

What is stranger however is that the outbound_autodial column is never set to "N" even when agents go on Pause and Dial numbers manually.

Do I need to look at some script that is causing this or failing to update this particular column?

It seems that the side effect of setting the column to default at "Y" is causing the recording (during the manual dialing) to use a different phone number when saving the recording filename. I am not sure if this is related to the above.

Any ideas?

TIA.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)
________

When you upgraded to 2.2, did you use the new agent interface or the old one? (the vicidialnow agent interface is not yet compatible with 2.2)

if that is the case, you can check the agent interface that comes with 2.2 and see what is different (and post your results, a lot of people are waiting for a "workable" version of the pretty interface for 2.2) :)
