Calls not received at Agents end

Hi,

I have setup VicidialNow, it is working great for my inbound setup, but now i am setting it up for my outbound also, but the issue i am facing is that agents are not able to receive any call.
Asterisk CLI is showing that calls are being made and are being transferred, vicidial reports show that 3 calls are ringing, but agents are not receiving any calls.

Can any one point out what could be the exact reason for this.

Make sure that the agents select the blended option when they login in the campaign.

This option will allow then to receive inbound/outbound calls.
