I logged into phpMyAdmin and it's empty. There's an empty 'test' database and the information schema. How do I load the database? I tried logging in as Admin and as Vicidialnow.

You need to login as a mysql user. Either root or cron will work. Passwords are vicidialnow and 1234 respectively.
