hi,
I finished the installation and after i login i found that the urls giving for the (vicidial admin and agent web gui) and the vtigerCRM, is missing the 192.168.1.2

Their missing as in you can't access them?

The default IP Vicidial server is set to is a local IP (192.168.1.2) - do your have your server connected to your router? If so, are you trying to access the IP on a computer within your local network?

hi sorry for taking so long to replay back.
I meant missing from the first screen probably caused by missing network card driver.
how can I check if my network card drive is installed?
thanks.

type in system-config-network - then edit devices... you should then see at least one (eth0 or eth1, or something like that
then choose one, set a static IP for the server, set the netmask and gateway...which youi should have gotten from your Internet provider

then, when your done,
service network restart

and the directory /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts did not have any ifcfg-eth0 in it.
the result of the command netstat -rn is empty.

Looks like your LAN card is not supported out of the box. An interesting solution I found on one of the forums while searching.

Life's too short to spend time on unsupported nics. There are tons of $15.00 nics that are well supported by the OS, buy one and move on.

I definitely agree.

:D
