Can i use Vocalocity VoIP Provider as my SIP provider in ViciDialNow?

If they can provide you the call end at the country that you want to dial, and they can provide you a valid account to send the calls, the answer is yes

You need their ip address.

username /password is optional.

and also u need to know what codes they accept.
