Inbound through SIP trunk

Hi,

I am using vicidialnow 1.3 CE

I am having problem in setting up inbound through SIP.
I have successfully setup trunk in sip.conf . All calls land on extension 9999 through sip trunk 9999.
I just do not understand how to transfer these calls to agents.
I have setup following in vicidialnow

1. Campaign. (closer type inbound, campaign name=INBOUND)
2. In-group. (name=INBOUND)
3. list.
4. Users.
5. Phones.

When agents log-in to vicidialnow, they get the conference msg, and in reports i see that agents are logged in and waiting for calls.
I see calls coming in asterisk CLI, but not being transferred to agents.

I would just like to know what settings do i need in extensions.conf to make this work, to transfer calls to agents successfully.

Page 22 of the mangers manual gives you step by step instructions on how to do this.
