Hi!

I am dialing an outgoing call and i want to transfer to
TPV (third party verifier), and my problem is my Transfer-Conf button &
Park Call button wont work...I tried to click on those buttons but it is not clickable.
What would you think is missing or problem with my dialer?

Here's some info bout my dialer. Thank you.

The only way you can click them is if you have a live call. Do you?

Asterisk CLI when dialing. Have you tried with the default agent interface? The URL is:
