How do I set up surveys? I actually want a message to be played when the lead answers the phone and then when they press 1, it transfers to an agent. Do I do this with surveys?

I only have the free version which as I understand is significantly smaller than the the full manual. Unless I can get this information somewhere else, I guess I'll have to buy it...
