installation prob with vicidialnow ce 103

i did all the installation an configuration including sip.conf and extensions.conf my softphone registers when i log in as agent i cannot hear you are the only person in confrence and get teh time synchronization error i checked all and confguration is right do we have to edit other conf files except sip and extensions.conf plz help im new with vicidialnow :?:

Or Hire a Consultant to do this for you ..

No other software installed on the box.
I've read the manager manual.
