I install everything according to installation instruction.
Now I can access to astguiclient/admin.php and vicidial/admin.php
But I am having problem to login as agent. After I entered phone id, phone password, user name and user password, I got following message:
"Sorry, your phone login and password are not active in this system, please try again:"

You should include your ViciDial version and installation method in your signature.... and what type of phone are you using - ie. xLite
I had the same problems, ended up using a shorter, 4 digit password for the phone login's - & reloaded sip after the change - (many times you can simply exit out of your softphone and re-open - that will reload sip)

most of the time this error stems from using the wrong login/password in the wrong place.

be careful that you are using the PHONE login and PHONE password (and reverify it from the Admin->Phones page where it says "login/password" on the entry you are using) on the FIRST screen and then the USER login and USER password (also reverify these from the User menu entry).

99 times out of 100, that's the problem unless you have a bad install.

Which brings up the next point:

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.
