VICIDIAL and QUEUEMETRICS ISSUES

OK I am using two servers, server A is my PBX, server B in my Dialer. I have Queuemetrics on Server A, and I am trying to get it to monitor Server B. I have followed the steps on setting VICIDIAL up for queuemetrics. My problem is when I put in the credentials and I Enable QueueMetrics Logging: to 1, my dialer will make a call but suddenly hang the call up. When I change the Enable QueueMetrics Logging: to 0. the dialer will not drop the call and everything is fine. just seeing if someone could help shed some light on this issue.

Thanks
Travis Lambert

admin.php version and build?

QueueMetrics version?

Did you read the entire QUEUEMETRICS.txt doc?

Did you change your QM configs to point to the ViciDial XML generating script?

Asterisk CLI output when you try to monitor?

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)
