Additional IVR inquiry

Hi,

Is it possible with vicidial to have IVR where incoming call will be routed to particular extension and the person who owns that will transfer the call to the extension of an agent? example: when customer call our DID number he will hear gretting and the person will ask him what extension would their call be transferred.

Also, can voicemail be setup for each extension if the agent is busy.

Version of Vicidial is 2.0 and asterisk is 1.2. Dont have call menu option.

Plz help.

Yes, again this is in 2.2.1 and it is explained in the manual.
