No Campaign selection available

Hello, regarding page 19 of the getting started guide; When I put agent01 and test to log in there is no option under the campaign menu. The campaign is activated and I have followed the instructions in the document and have gotten up to this point but now I do not know what to do. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem? I have Vicidial v2.2.

How did you install ViciDial?

Did you set user permissions to allow your user to create campaigns?
