VMail Button

Lets say My agent logged in and he got a call as AM.

I want him to play a Voice File which can get recorded on customer's AM.

I have seen VMail Button but No idea How to utilise it.

in the campaign detail view you define Answering Machine Message (a recorded audio message).

the agent on the campaign pushes "transfer/conf" and then VM.

the prospect is then transferred to that extension, which plays and hangs up.
