implementing all-reps-busy music tone

How do I enable all-reps-busy music tone so when my representatives are busy vicidial will play this file to my customers.

Any help is highly appreciated.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and OS with kernel or version, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

on inbound or outbound?

inbound - see "InGroups" settings

outbound - set your drop action to "InGroups" (then see InGroups settings!)

Thanks for your response. But which fields in in-Groups, I need to set to play a music file for customers who are on wait( or calls on queue) . This is for inbound campaign. Hope you reply.

read the manual for your version to use the features for inbound sounds.
